The Ariel JGC and JGD compressors are rugged, medium-frame reciprocating gas compressors designed for reliable performance in mid-pressure gas compression applications. Commonly used in gas gathering, field booster stations, vapor recovery, and process gas services, these frames are built to withstand continuous-duty operations with moderate rod loads and flexible cylinder configurations. The JGC is ideal for standard mid-duty operations, while the JGD offers a longer stroke and higher rod load capacity for more demanding compression requirements. Both compressors feature Ariel’s horizontal opposed cylinder design, high-speed capability, and field-serviceable construction.
