The Cummins QSX series is a line of high-performance, heavy-duty diesel engines known for their durability, fuel efficiency, and advanced electronics. Available primarily in a 6-cylinder in-line configuration with a displacement of up to 15 liters, the QSX engines deliver power outputs ranging from 365 hp to 675 hp (272 – 503 kW), depending on the model. These engines feature high-pressure fuel systems, turbocharging with intercooling. The QSX series is commonly used in construction equipment, mining machinery, oil and gas operations, agricultural machines, and stationary power generation.
