The Guascor SF240TAIII2SP is a robust, twelve-cylinder, turbocharged and aftercooled spark-ignited natural gas engine developed for high-output marine auxiliary and stationary power generation applications. With a large displacement of approximately 43.2 liters and a bore and stroke of 170 mm × 180 mm, the engine is capable of delivering a continuous mechanical output of up to 735–750 kW (985–1,006 hp) at 1,500 rpm, generating a peak torque output of over 4,600 Nm. Optimized for inland waterway vessels, harbor operations, and combined heat and power (CHP) installations, the SF240TAIIL2SP is designed to provide consistent performance with minimal environmental impact. Its advanced air-gas mixing system, precise ignition control, and thermodynamic efficiency enable low NOₓ emissions and reduced fuel consumption. The engine complies with IMO Tier II and CCNR Stage II emission standards.
