JOHN DEERE INDUSTRIAL ENGINES

John Deere industrial engines are for Power generation with Horsepower Range 36-505 hp (27-377 kW). There are more than 20 models in industrial engines with Long stroke, high torque, low speed, fuel efficient engines.

John Deere engines are Naturally Aspirated, Turbocharged & Turbo aftercooled options available for some models and base engines or power pack engine configurations are available as options.

John Deere industrial engines are less emission Engine developed to meet off-road emission requirements without degradation in performance or power level. The 4.5 L engine (4045 model) comes with a balanced crankshaft made from nodular iron give high efficiency. Replaceable wet cylinder liners provide excellent heat dissipation and a perfect long life.

JOHN DEERE MARINE ENGINES

In Marine section John Deere propulsion, auxiliary, and generator drive engines are the major. John Deere marine engines are powerful, reliable, quiet, and fuel efficient.

Propulsion Engines offered are of power range from 60 to 559 kW (80 to 750 hp). High torque and low rated RPM provide excellent vessel control and reliable auxiliary drives. Generator drive and constant speed auxiliary engines are of power range from 40-416 kW, 54-558hp.These engines are easy to operate and install with advance technology.

Marine propulsion engine models like 4045TFM50 is one of the small and powerful engines ever made by John Deere for the marine purposes. This four-cylinder engine has water cooled exhaust manifold with replaceable wet cylinder liners. All major components are corrosion resistant and provides engine protection from the effects of seawater with high durability.

John Deere variable speed auxiliary engine ranges from 74–448 kW, 99–600 hp mainly four and six-cylinder engines with water cooled turbo charger and exhaust manifold make these engines more efferent and more torque. The heat exchanger or keel cooled desired for reliable operations in adverse conditions. Variable speed engines enable the engine to turn larger propellers at lower speed for best efficiency, so that excellent vessel control and maneuvering is obtained. Lower rated rpm limits vibration and noise.
