The 8 Series compressor range is the result of over a decade of continuous development from Atlas Copco. For the first time, it’s possible to transport behind a normal passenger car, with no special driving license, a compressor that can produce up to 5 m3/min of air, with a full size fuel tank, aftercooler and generator all incorporated into a compact and lightweight package.

This is all made possible by the latest development in air element design, These can produce a compressor up to 150 kg lighter than comparable models. However, we understand that this means nothing without efficiency. Efficiency can mean many things, such as reduced service time,fuel consumption or increased utilization. The 8 Series ticks all the boxes when it comes to delivering outstanding performance in all of these categories.

XAS 138-XAHS 108 (5-7 m³/min (188-237 cfm) / 7-12 bar (100-175 psi))

XAS 138 model compressor free air flow range is 241 cfm and max pressure is 100 Psi and XAHS 108 model compressor free air delivery is 186 cfm and max pressure 175 Psi.

These two models are equipped with power KUBOTA V2403-M-DI-T-E2B engine.

XATS 288 - XAVS 238 (12.2-16.6 m³/min (430-587 cfm) / 7-14 bar (100-200 psi))

XATS 288 has a free air flow delivery of 508 to 587 cfm and max pressure range is 100 to 150 Psi

XAVS 238 has a free air flow delivery of 430 to 523 cfm and max pressure range is 100 to 200 Psi

This range is powered by a 4-cylinder John Deere 4045 Engine, by a power output of 129 kW. It is a Stage III A engine with lower emission and high efficiency. This compressor range was tested both in lab and field conditions to ensure optimal performance. It’s designed to withstand the toughest working conditions. A three-layer protection coating of all bodywork under corrosive category C3 prevents corrosion and improves life time. Combining the Atlas Copco screw element with a John Deere diesel engine delivers a range that is best in class in terms of fuel economy

ATLAS COPCO XAVS 378 has a free air flow delivery of 778 to 672cfm and max pressure range is 100 to 200 Psi

XAHS 408 has a free air flow delivery of 847 to 735 cfm and max pressure range is 100 to 175 Psi

These compressors are equipped with CUMMINS B6.7 stage II

The Atlas Copco screw element increases the free air delivery; making these compressors up to 6% more efficient with regards to comparable models. Compressor-oil service interval is extended up to 1000 hours or once every two years. Reduced service intervention and longer life of consumables reduces total cost of operation and increases availability. Simple vessel cover for changing the oil separate oil element within one hour.
